Feedback, Complaints or Problems

OK I'm having a little problem with the offline authentication key. I downloaded the key request tool a while back and it worked fine for a while. Now when I try to use the offline key, all my trainers (including ones I've used the offline key with before) say invalid user, or something like that. I redownloaded the request tool and repeated the process, but still nothing. Anyone, have any ideas?

Disbable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Lower browser security. Disable browser addons. Try different browser. Make sure file created is not zero bytes. You may have to go through the process a few times for it to work correctly. We are looking into the issues with it but it WILL eventually create a working key.

Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software that might be blocking the trainer from accessing the key file. Right click and run trainer as ADMIN. Internet/Network must be completely disable/absent for keys to work in newest trainer template.

Ive tried all that
The problem seems to be that whenever i try and run any trainer it tells me that im an invalid user, iv turned AV off, turned windows firewall off, have no secruity.
