Does anybody know how I can get the keys to get inside the imperial postbox?

Press Z to highlight the skeleton nearby (were you entered the wreck). It's the captain with the key ^^.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer. I got the key for the box on the ship. But I can't get into the box that is guarded by Louis Merse. Can you help me with that?

You have to talk to him and use the Axii Sign option. If you succeed he'll let you open it.

Could you tell me where he is? Forgot where his house is, and the quest won't lead me there .

The house is on the southwest side of town, go up a ramp to a giant guard gate, go through and the house is on the other side. The guard gate is straight west form the inn, just pass the merchant and way to the boat you arrive in.

You mean the ramp that lead to the guard gate leading to loredo's residence?
Because there I only have one door (beside the one to loredo's place) and it's locked :s.

Edit : Oh wait thanks jlnsrk found it. And I went to that house a couple of times too ! Just forgot that he was upstairs . Geez I feel stupid.
