I just downloaded the 05.01.2011 update but everytime i activate the trainer, it'd cause a fatal err

Regarding the Mega Trainer (PATCH 05.01.2011), Unlimited Health, Ammo, Grenades, N....

I just downloaded the 05.01.2011 update but everytime i activate the trainer, it'd cause a fatal error in black ops zombie mode.
I mean the console would pop up with the failed command line or something

any ideas?

current trainer is tested and working with current game version. no update.
