The easiest way to fix the weight problem is to go download one of the mods for it. This way you don't have to worry about it reseting after you leave and come back at another time.
If you invest time in order to eliminate the malfunction, it would'nt be bad if you look for a few extra helping traineroptions and adding it in the fixed trainer, if this is not beyond the time frame. > "UE Potiontime" or "Reset Potiontime" or "Freeze Potiontime" > "One Hit Kill" or "Low Enemy Energy" or "High Demage/Hit" (> "Increase/Decrease Target Energy" > "Stealth Mode" > "Night Vision" (same function like the potion "CAT" does) > "Save Position" > "Teleport" > "Undo Teleport" > "Speed" (Gerald runs faster)
I think, that are the most helpful extra Traineroptions for TW2. I'm looking forward.
Thanks a lot for your professionality!

Not to be a critic (lol), but isnīt your wishes very close to you asking for a charactereditor ? Well I guess Iīm wrong, anyway I think it might spoil a bit of the gameexperince (?), however Iīll admit that I sometimes do miss a teleport function... All that aside, Iīm really looking forward to being able to carry loads of unnecessary (hum...) things again. /B
PS. As regards the mod mentioned above, I did try one from The Witcher Nexus, but I couldnīt get it to work with the new patch /Chris
To change max carrying capacity is as easy as changing 1 line in geralt_basic.xml.
-Find this line: max_weight mult="false" always_random="false" min="250" max="250" -Change both # to desire maximum capacity and save file.
Given that this change is so easy, I propose the weight option be removed from future update trainer so people don't complain about the capacity reset after load and loss of some items.
