No plans, sorry.
Ah shame. Well I should be able to reinstate my unlimited account sometime in the next month thankfully.
As for everyone else, a friend forwarded along a nice, non invasive way to get rid of the annoying weight requirements. It's non-permanent, but sticks until you delete the file. I believe the original author was someone by the name of Mem, but no other info was given about him/her.
Basically, all you need to do is create an xml file (I just used dreamweaver, personally), copy and paste the below script into the file, save it as def_weights under The Witcher 2\CookedPC\items and that's it! It doesn't replace any files or folders (you must create the items folder as one does not exist) and if you want to get rid of it, just delete the definition file.
And since I am a complete idiot and can't figure out how to insert xml into the body of this post without it getting jarbled, I created a quick website with the code on it (no worries it's just text.) Enjoy. (also argh, if it adds an extra s to sites again, just remove it and copy/paste the rest with the http )

Oh and last edit I swear! You don't need dreamweaver to create an xml document. Just tested it, just use your notepad program, copy and paste the code in it (making sure you include the uni code at the very top), and when you go to save, switch from ANSI to unicode, and name the file def_weight.xml
