You can add "+com_allowconsole 1" to the end of a shortcut target and it works that way too.

"devmap" is what really activates the cheats.

The commands I use are:
God
DemiGod (health never reaches 0, but still depletes like normal)
g_infiniteAmmo 1
g_infinitePower 1
g_noGrenadeCoolDown 1
Bind

NoClip and NoTarget are also there.

Interestingly enough, you can use "profileWeaponPrimary" and "profileWeaponSecondary" to change your weapons, regardless of body type (light body with minigun)

'listcmds' shows all commands for those that feel like digging some more. type "g_" and then pressing tab shows a few commands that listcmds doesn't show, also "cm_" "c_" "si_"

Type "spawn" and press TAB to get a list of spawnable objects including projectiles, explosions, and neutral turrets

I upgraded ALL of my weapons and with the barrel and grip upgrade alone, you get huge boost in accuracy and recoil. The guns don't recoil at all. So it was done intentionally as one of the member here said.

There's a command called toggleCheatContext. When you use this, it sometimes allows the cheats to work, and sometimes says it's not allowed:
First time it worked for me was after I tried "sv_cheats 1". The other time, it was after I tried loading a level with "devmap challenge_05". Anyway, after that it said "cheats ON" and I could use noclip and god (that's all I tried to use). Then the problem was that after it loaded the next level, I had to reset twiddle to get it working again, but on the third level, the console was hosed so I had to exit the game to fix it.

But then I discovered it down't save any of your information when you run the cheats, so the parkour challenges I passed (my whole reason for bothering with this) and the items I unlocked were all lost when I exited.

Totally lame, I really regret having bought this game.
