I died halfway through the 1st chapter then ragequit'd.
Will resume my revenge tomorrow.

Chapter 1 isn't that easy anyway. I would however suggest you aim for the limbs and conserve ammo by shooting them with the claws of dead Slashers using kinesis.
What difficulty are you playing anyway?

I know how to play considering I have Dead Space for the PS3 and beat it.

I'm playing on Zealot setting. I would play on the highest difficulting setting but just like the original, you have to earn that privilege first.

i have yet to get this game, not that i don't want it, but my current pc is on its last legs and i'll have to get my new rig up and running before i can play this game.

played Dead Space 1...thoroughly enjoyed it(due to the trainer ofcourse) and then Dead Space 2 which was even better(again used the trainer ) haven't played at max difficulty though.

Of course, no gate is opened without the key.

Also Hardcore is for crazy masochistic fanatics and adrenaline/fear junkies, so I'm thinking you're gonna enjoy it.

Sometimes I wonder what kind of minds are behind Dead Space 2... twisted would be an understatement.
