The Steam version automatically comes with the director's cut patch on fresh installs/purchases. It used to be that buying The Witcher before the 1.5 and director's cut patch on Steam meant that it would patch to 1.5, but the DC patch was put in the DLC tab of the game.

Steam version is now universally 1.5+Director's Cut, and the 1.5 trainer works fine with the Steam version.

Cool I found out that it worked to late last night, now to have my weekend ruined completely (Atleast untill Withcer 2 comes out )

The option 9 of the trainer is not working for me. All others are working fine. My copy is the Director cut (1.5) downloaded from GOG.

Anyone having the same problem?

Same here. There isn't even a response from the trainer when pressed.

I had that same problem and got it to work by using the Trainer Customizer. I just rebound the keys to the default keys to avoid confusion. Just slowly went though it choosing as follows:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, /, *

And 9 now works for me. I haven't tried them all yet, but I am pretty sure they work. If not, there is always the Save Game editor for those features anyway.

I have the GOG director's cut version too - and i can't seem to get any of the trainers to even respond with 'Trainer Activated' at the main menu

I've tried the usual fixed (shutting down AV and firewalls etc) - the trainer loads up fine, it just doesn't activate when F1 is pressed.

I have the same problem after just bought The Witcher Director's Cut and non or the trainers worked. Bummer.
