So, when playing some games, I don't really care what the characters are saying or about the music and sound effects, and instead I play my own music

I have found that playing my own music can make me like a game even more, for example, earlier on I was running around in BF Bad Company II unleashing carnage and having a really fun time while listening to:

Aha - Take On Me
Cliff Richard - Wired For Sound
Mark Ronson - Bang Bang Bang
Goodnight Nurse - Milkshake

For some reason, these three songs made the whole game so much more fun, it was kind of... liberating... I guess

So, does anyone else prefer their own music when playing games? got any examples?

EDIT: missed a song

I do this once i finish a game and am going to re-play it.
Good hack and slash games like god of war or devil may cry,i'll listen to any hardcore/thrash/metal music.Like Slayer,Five finger death punch,Tool.

For RPG's like dragon age/warcraft/mass effect,i'll listen to techno/trance/ like the crystal method, trance control.
Sometimes just for fun i'll throw in some tori amos/sarah mclaughlin.
For games
like bullet storm and max payne,The slow hypnotic music flows with the slow motion bullet time.Acoustic music works too.Like chris cornell.
Iam a HUGE music fan in case you haven't noticed.
