Of all the possibilities about River Song's identity, that's the only one I didn't come up with. I am truly, truly baffled by what the hell went on. I have a feeling they just wanted an excuse to bring back a load of old 'monsters' for nostalgia's sake in one big monster mash-up.
The only major complaint I have is WHY LEAVE US IN THE LURCH FOR FIVE BLOODY MONTHS? I'll have forgotten everything that has happened by the time it comes back.
On a side note, LET'S KILL HITLER. I knew they were putting Nazis in this series.

Ok I might just have a new favourite episode ever. I didn't actually see the twist coming either, but a lot people seem to claim it was obvious
Anyway I think the next episode won't necessarily have Nazis in it it. "Lets kill Hitler" might just be a metaphor for trying to change history.

No, I genuinely think there are Nazis. I've read about it on at least three different Who fansites. Although the metaphor kind of makes more sense. I just want to see the Doctor kicking some Nazi ass.
Probably one of my top episodes of recent series also, mainly because Rory finally gets his chance to be badass. I know quite a few people who don't like him and he interferes with the whole DoctorxAmy thing (they're MARRIED, damnit), but I like him. It's a nice change to have a male companion for once.
