I used the nocd fix here : C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\operation flashpoint red river Start the trainer first, launch the game with the game launcher or via Steam ....don't work?!
RRRRRRRR It's the first time.....I don't understand sorry
The "nocd" is just a modified RedRiverLauncher.exe file without the SecuROM activation.
The real exe is RedRiver.exe and as per the link I posted earlier Steam and LIVE enabled titles are both updated to version 1.01
Unfortunately LIVE does make it a bit difficult to acquire the actual patch file, I suppose you could try sending RedRiver.exe, RedRiver.exe.cab and RedRiver.exe.cfg and the patch1 folder and maybe they'll be able to look at it if the actual patch executable can't be found. (US region right? maybe that's why it doesn't find the update for the trainer authors, also a complication from LIVE though often it works pretty well but has some drawbacks.)
Normally the exe would likely have been all of it but the cfg and cat are needed for LIVE to initialize properly and validate said exe or authorize or how it works, will just crash otherwise and the patch1 folder should complete the entire update. (Raring it up and putting it on say multiupload or other file host or maybe it can be handled via PM.)
someone please send us the RedRiver.exe (not launcher) for v1.01 then we can look at it. our game will not patch since it's not officially released in the U.S.

It was a rather random idea but if that will have a chance to work then here's the files I have, hopefully something can be done with that, unfortunate with this delay and there's no clear reason behind it either or at least nothing announced.
Link (Original 1.01 files only, no launcher since it seems redundant as it's not the focus of the trainer and of course there's no other modified content or similar, just the exe and related LIVE files plus the patch archives, wish I could supply the patch installer instead as that would have been easier.)
EDIT: Though a bit different it's somewhat comparable to the Hawx2 region difference situation albeit here I assume all versions are identical minus the launcher file which is customized depending on protection method added along with LIVE and integration such as Steam or D2D or such. (Why LIVE needs this launcher approach I'm not certain about either, likely just for SecuROM or whatever protection they have to function properly and initialize plus kicking the LIVE related content in the exe into gear and getting it started and authorized, been like this for a long time though and I guess the protection systems for memory alterations or even scans are still in there as well, GTA IV for example and the trainer effort there, good work on that by the way.)

EDIT: That's mostly just guesses and estimations though, I know very little about this sort of thing, not much of a programmer at all or coder or what to describe it as aside from the very basics on some of the stuff.
