The US version was delayed for unspecified reasons, no idea what that could have been though but here's one article about it via Shacknews.

Will start by saying thanks for the trainer!
Seems to be a problem with the no reload option, all my small arms and the rocket launchers have to reload :/ and in future trainers i would love to see some sort of option that helps you level up faster
