just letting people know we got our copy and i been putting time into this game. games like this are notoriously difficult to manage since the damage to the units isn't just a 'health bar' and they can bleed out or get wounds to various body parts.

If the damage problem is too hard, then just add better Acc and maybe some sort of EXP so you can unlock more stuff
