You've seen message board posts requesting new trainers under a games message board before, yes, but generally that devolved into far too many individual topics requesting the same thing, and people posting in genuine threads about the game asking where the trainer is. Not to mention people demanding a trainer, rather than requesting politely.

So, now there's one place to request trainers, which actually makes it easier for the CH guys to find out which trainers people want, rather than having to go through every new topic created every day to find them. Which means some would invariably get lost.

I'm sure you'll agree this is a better system for all involved.
