Question: Can they be called a superhero when they don't have a super power? (just guns, gadgets, skills etc)
Batman has a genius level IQ, Olympian level athletic ability and money to further enhance it. Compare that, to say, Aquaman (not to beat a dead horse that is Aquaman bashing) I'd say he's a superhero.
Also, I find the lack of Tony Stark in this thread disturbing. Although I'll never abandon my lifelong favorite of batman (so it's a tie for me)
