Is there a faster way of getting the skruhen head global rewards without taking forever?

Not that I know of, but I found both of the Shrunken Heads needed for the Fabro (blacksmith) quest in chests, though admittedly it still took a long time.

one the sixth day wolf lair and one the early chests but i wish you could bring in more people in roma or increase the amount you can put in.

you won't, as the game is designed the way that shrunken heads are not droppable BUT ONLY ACCESSABLE THROUGH CHESTS AND INVESTMENTS.

I can't find the link unfortunately, but I read this in the official forums (pc version)
