Is it too late to get the codex edtion and get the drachen armour with it since i did not pre-order it?Also if i can can i use my saves without damaging them using the codex edtion?

Ubisoft only made a limited number of the Pre-order Codex Edition. Unless you know someone who hasn't unlocked their DLC free content (outfits, armor, pouches, etc.) that's the only way I know of unlocking the drachen armor.

If you take a look at the trainers page, you'll find a file called "Outfits Unlocker".
Alternatively, check out the Digital Deluxe edition avaialble on Steam. That may have all of the costumes.
