Bleach is the only anime series I've ever really followed, I'm more likely to read the manga. I've been meaning to get into some more series recently, such as Haruhi Suzumiya, FullmetalAlchemist and Soul Eater, among some other lesser known ones like MAR and older classics like Paranoia Agent.
I tend to watch a lot more anime films rather than episodes. And even if I've never watched them, I tend to know more or less the bare bones of most well-known series anyway.
