I would ask him if I can borrow the goat's body and put it to better use.
On a serious side, it his business - I would be completely indifferent. Its not like that the goat died miserably or a person died within the family.
I hope by better use you mean eat it
And yes goat is not bad, depends on how you cook it. But as to a neighbours goat, I'd wonder about what could kill a goat, and maybe take a baseball bat to bed.
Obviously, LOL! The other thing that maybe coming in your mind is surely out of my sordid imagination...
We have a festival where Muslims here get together prey on a goat and make something delicious and start a feast amongst other fellows. Its not something I support, but it speaks of our love for meat.
