Alright, so hopefully I'm going to get a new GPU card instead of my 9600 GSO so I need advice on what should I get with a MAX of 100-150 bucks (1 or 1.5 GBs) (my motherboard is MSI P31)?

P.S.: I DON'T want any ATI cards; only NVIDIA. Oh, and something that doesn't take A HUGE AREA inside my case.

It's going to be tough to find a small powerful GPU. Still go for the 460 if you can get one, preferbly the 1GB.

Uhm, well also, I just noticed; my power supply is Discovery ATX-450 Watts, so I think I will also need to get a better one than that :/

You could get away with it if you have little in your machine.

Always go by the last 2 digits mate, 60 or higher is preferable.

I'll see if I can increase my budget <_< because I need to get a new GPU, a new power supply (for the GPU :P), and two side fans...

On a random note: this would be a monster :P : Link

nVidia 460 is fairly moderately priced and shouldn't burn a hole in ur pocket and i think ur current psu can handle it...just barely although 550w or 650w psu should do it nicely. i'd recommend an Asus ENGTS card because Asus re-designed some of their cards to run quieter and cooler. just a thought.
