Darn... Same problem I'm having although I got it to work a couple times but don't know how or why. And this OP posted over a year ago with no reply. I just started playing the game yesterday from Steam so I am using its latest version and the latest posted trainer--although I noted that the previous trainer posted had a later version number??
If you have a solution I'm missing to see please post and thanks. In case this is important factor I am using Windows 7 still.
