losing weight is hard? Like they make books on how to lose 1 KG in 2 weeks, and you can lose more than that in the same period. For me, I lost 4.2 KGs in 2 weeks (I could've lost more than that if I followed the diet correctly last week <_<), just by following that diet (I don't go to a gym, and I only play one and a half hour of soccer WEEKLY).

LOL, before you start following a diet, you feel like it's so damn hard, but I guess it's not

It depends..if you have a condition that affects your metabolism then it's bound to be hard. That means following a strict diet and a lot of exercise and even then it takes a long time to get results.
Trust is a fragile thing. Once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Those we're closest to can betray us,and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.

I would say to a degree it depends on the person. Some people put on weight easier than others. Some lose weight easier than others. It all depends on your metabolism. I mean someone I know can workout more than anyone else in the world but would NOT get too bulky AT ALL, however he won't put on much weight because he has a high metabolism...

But then there is also sticking to a healthy diet and regular exercise. Regardless of what your metabolism is like that will have an effect. But it will vary from person to person...

It's all about your mentality. If you think it's hard then it is hard, the same goes the other way.
