Wow, wonder if he was in some kind of accident or born that way? Definitely distinguishable though so doing crime and hoping to stay anonymous would be pretty foolish lol

i have family that lives 5 minutes away from lowry park zoo. ive been there many times as a youngin on my grind to pet the baby goats and feed the birds also many a time have i used the restrooms there. i honestly almost threw up after i saw that picture for the first time today. but it doesnt suprise me its tampa at all

It's very disgusting that things like that happen in public places,a zoo of all places.
As far as shooting the guy in the face...
I don't think you can mess his face up any more than it already is.
