Well, every time I get on the game it says If I don't solve the quest soon I will be killed. So I just quit without saving so my hero isn't killed.

If you get this quest again. You need to make Venisoon Stew - Large and then make sure you eat a bowl of it. It will make enough for the entire keep but you just need a bowl.
