17$ for license key solved my problems:
Working trainer + console

I think problem was in cracked crysis2.exe

Before I go buy this game I was wondering if this trainer will work with the limited edition version of the game?(looked through the forum topics and haven't found an answer)

Why not?
Limited version just have unlocked extra in-game stuff.The only difference from standart edition
