The whole immigration process is streamlined to a form you fill out on the ship with race, class, birthsign and your social background (what you did before journeying to the Imperial province; like an Imperial Legion trooper or scholar of Imperial history or a smith or whatever). Then you get dumped on the dock with whatever gear goes with your backstory, and a mission to follow a dream you had to retrieve the amulet of kings from the imperial city sewers and take it to Joffre. And then it's normal from there.

It won't be as good as Oblivion, which isn't nearly close to as good as Morrowind.
Morrowind was the height of the series, and won't be reached again as long as consoles are in the equation.
