Did you read the Txt file that came with the trainer..? I am guessing not if you did you would see this..
Numpad 0: Destroy Army - when selecting an enemy city (army) or an enemy army, if you have this toggled on, then you can press the Disband icon of the enemy and destroy their entire force.
