I've been a member for almost the past two years and even though I've download trainers for other games, I use my membership for mainly Total War series video games. I barley post anything, make a complaint about the service I receive, given the money I've contributed, simply because the service is more than adequate, timely and satisfactory. To hear that people who payed for this website's services are complaining and making derogatory remarks about its founder(s) and/or employees is disappointing. It is like ordering tickets from a website for a concert that was just announced and having to wait to see the concert because some people attribute that to waiting to "kill the goblin army". People are naturally impulsive and impatient, but enough about my "insight". I would only love to see a privacy statement or agreement upon membership renewal or commencement legal disclaimer that is introduced somewhere, warning the customer that if public harassment over the time-line of product releases from this website will result in a fee or revoking of membership. I'm sure the lawyer consulting fees are worth having that disclaimer instituted to all existing and future members. And no, I am not a lawyer.
It's dismaying and sad that the various people that whine, ***** and cry when things aren't exactly the way they want it are the only ones that apparently post. Please don't see this as the representative group of people that you're serving. As a member of this site since late 2007, I've come to appreciate all of the hard work put out by the staff here. If I didn't, I wouldn't have bought in.
I guess it's easier for people that have real jobs, real occupations and real lives to understand things better - this is not a primary job for any of you. I take what we can get, and I take it happily.
Honestly i don't think you guys charge enough. I am very happy as a new member to the vast array of trainers, guides, cheats and all the other extras that are provided. For a lifetime membership of 55 bucks, you can't beat it. That's why i got it.
Kudos to your team of 3, you won't hear any ill patience from me.

Sites like these are exthremely rare to find on the net, and is the only site that I've ever been to, where I can download a trainer for a game and NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING INFECTED.
This is the reason I went for the unlimited, because I am thankful for the work that the people here put into their trainers.
So please, show some respect people. Waiting a few days for a trainer to be updated or even released won't KILL YA. Have some patience for pete's sake.
