Raise the membership fee and hire more people. Three guys??? No wonder you can't stay on top of these games - that's insanity. No one can do that.

Having said that, when someone pays for a service, they generally intend to get it. Not that we aren't grateful for this website and the trainers you three provide, but we ARE paying customers. How weird would it be if we all went out and bought beer and one out of every six bottles was empty?

You're clearly doing what you can, but maybe instead of threatening to cut back on your service and insulting people for using your website and playing video games (the reason this site exists yes?) you instead grow like any other business - branch out, hire some help, keep things on good terms with your customer base.

Just some friendly advice. I seriously do love this stuff.

i downloaded all the new mods for it i really want to use the trainer on the new tribe, just seeing how its going? nooo hurry lol i have all the other total war games to play

In some ways i do agree but to be honest it's not about branching out or anything else, it's about people not haveing the patience to wait for a game trainer... its not real life, you wont die if you dont get a trainer for your game, that is why games have a save function, so things stop and you can take a break or wait for an updated trainer.
These guys do an awesome job and if there happy as a 3 person team then good on them, they provide excellent trainers and update them as fast as possible, it is worth the money.
I hate people who moan about trainers because for us happy customers we lose updates to our games.

My personal input, if your not happy go somewhere else but good luck finding another great service like CheatHappens.

I must be missing something?
I check every few days and see that the newest trainer has been posted along with a warning. but the only trainer I see is a month and a half old! Am I missing something or is this message just being re-posted? I understand wanting to vent on all your customers but at least take the time to send us a new warning. Thanks. No problems with the site so far and would recommend it to my friends that do have patience.

This is a forum where users can enter this topic and comment as they wish. Seeing that this is now the main trainer topic for this board, many users will continue to use it. The trainer post and warning was dated at the time of the first post in this topic.

Ok, to be fair patience IS in incredibly short supply, but having said that - the issue isn't with the world ending if we don't all get our trainers RIGHT NOW. My problem (and all respect to this wonderful service we pay for) is with the attitude and tone of "warnings" such as this one we're commenting on.

I really, really like these trainers and this site but a while back I actually got banned off this site a month into a year long subscription for complaining. Correct me if I'm wrong everybody, but that seems a little weird. This is literally the only business I've ever come across that PUNISHED a customer for asking for customer service.

Again, I LOVE THIS WEBSITE so please don't ban me for saying this.

I just feel that I deserve a certain level of respect. Why don't I get to whine and complain if a trainer's not up IMMEDIATELY?? Is that reasonable of me? Absolutely not. But I paid for it, so let me whine without fear of retribution.

A simple "Cheathappens appreciates your comments and promises that we're working hard to resolve any issues you may be having. We appreciate your understanding" would go A LONG LONG WAY.

Even if it's total bull. I don't mind being lied to as long as it's polite. Again, CHEATHAPPENS, I LOVE YOU <3

So branching out or no, I really would like interactions between customer and business to be a little less hostile, a little more friendly, and a little less fraught with terror at the notion that saying the wrong thing could get one's IP address banned, blocked and castrated.

You're right though. This is clearly the best trainer service in existence. Sometimes I do feel a little bit like I'm being held hostage by that information. Again, I LOVE CHEATHAPPENS PLEASE DON'T BAN ME.

All in all, I DO whine. But it's only because I care. I want this website to be the most awesome, impressive website it can be, without exhausting it's operators! They're clearing feeling the strain of keeping up with all the wonderful games that are released and I just want some of that stress to be alleviated - because (like I said) I care.
