I dealt with it by clearly defining what our customers expected of us. That way, I was able to manage expectations.
In your case, I would consider creating some policy guide that you will attempt to update your trainers within 14 days of a new patch, or whatever you generally try to do. Then your customers will have a better idea of what to expect from you.
While I understand your frustration, I encourage you to consider deleting this post. Non members and potential customers may read this, and you do not want to dissuade them from joining your site.
Overall, I greatly enjoy your website, and I feel it was an excellent purchase. Thank you for your good work and best luck in the future.
please consider the fact that the gaming world, sadly, also include little kids with no regards or understanding of whats involved in 3 men producing this amount of trainers on such a short notice (and yes! in my book you are faster than i believed could be done)
your work is very much appreciated and please do not be discouraged by some ranting kids who don't understand what it is to sacrifice your time, and yes even quality time with your wives or children, to produce these trainers... they wont understand and i don't expect them to... i would simply ignore them
again, keep up the good work, and raise your heads up! you've achieved a great feat which is this website, and you indeed deserve every penny you've made in the process, you actually deserve more, so kudos to you, and of course, thanks!
Please don't listen to the whiny little trolls that post hateful remarks, they just don't matter. There are just as many people who love and appreciate what you do and we know how hard you work. I'm lifetime and its worth every penny. I think if someone posts childish trash on my beloved site they should be banned.
