I have read every single post in this thread and I sincerely appreciate the outpouring of support from you guys. The only thing I can really say is that it would be great to hear from you guys a little more often. When 95% of your day is filled with negative comments from disrespectful members, it causes negativity to spill over into other parts of your life.
The updated trainer has been uploaded and the game will continue to get updates. Just please have a little patience and be realistic with the expectations of our limited staff.

My first post on the site just wanted to add my 2 cents worth, personally i think flamers should be muted from posting with an automatic message/email stating why they where muted etc,unmuted if an reasonable apology is given. From when i first found this site i've been happy to purchase a membership to download any number of trainers that i've needed. With that being said the ch teams time in to making the programs should never really be questioned, if the trainer is listed in the massive list of game trainers thats available fair enough, if not then just wait... your membership isn't a license to want things done constantly to instantly.
Respect & support to the team @ their workshop is what motivates things getting done to your advantage wither it's a game trainer or anything else.
@XxDeathLordxX -- we would love to hire about 50 more people, but that would mean raising our prices to about $100/month instead of $50/LIFE. People already complain now that our prices are "outrageous" and that everything we do should be done for free.
I'd just ban the idiots.
No reason to deal with folks that don't understand economics or simple time management.

The reason you don't hear from us is that we are happy with what we are getting.
Most sites are very corporate, in the sense that they take the elevated, hands off approach to complaints, if a thread gets packed full of whiners at most you will see a non-committal post about how " we are doing everything we can to solve the current issue's" and nothing more.
I guess most of us that are happy with the service this site provides presumed that the complaints flowed off you like water off a ducks back, as it does with other companies.
Some people have already mentioned it, but you should give serious consideration to banning those that complain in a disrespectful manner, and by banning I mean removing their access to the site, even if they purchased a lifetime membership, the best way to do it would be a three strikes and your out system for those that complain in an insulting and derogatory manner, and if they want to get access to the trainers again let them pay you guys for it.
It won't end the abuse,just look at sites like something awful where people pay ten dollars again and again to re-register only to get banned for their behaviour, but at least you can take pleasure in the fact that for each idiot that gets banned and comes back to get banned again, you guys get paid.
Thanks for all the hard work, while there are times I have wished for you guys to make a trainer for an old game, or have really wanted an updated trainer for a new one, I have never *****ed and moaned, because, as you rightfully point out, there are dozens of games that you guys are struggling to keep on top off with new ones being released constantly and I can't imagine how stressful it is.
Take it easy, and don't worry, the vast majority of us understand and appreciate what you lads are doing.
to PWizard and the guys at CH, I must say CH sub is one of the best I've made. The work you guys do are incredible and definitely appreciated by many gamers worldwide. Having a trainer released as early as the date of games release is something we all appreciate. I read some of the posts from others regarding the Shogun2 trainer update issue and my POV is that these guys are too much. Get a life people, a trainer is a luxury~ not a necessity. And the guys at CH have a life too, so cut them some slack.
One more thing, I just tried the new trainer and I'm not sure if it's just me, but whenever I use unlimited movement for non-general characters (geisha,monk,ninjas), the game freeze and crash back to desktop.
