Well, you can kind of change her, but not much until the very end. She pretty much stays..err...promiscuous all the way through. Still, she's definitely a more attractive figure than Merrill and Fenris is definitely feminine but not enough to make it worth pursuing more than once with a male character. Still, I think Isabel might be the only romance option that isn't buried in all kinds of overly dramatic emoting. Both boys are all kinds of "no, I can't possibly because I'm a horrible person with a dark past/future". Bleh.

i am happy that Bioware made her much hotter then she was in the DAO :P, she wasn't uggly back then or anything, but she was just a generic NPC, thought her hair and skin tones have changed colors, the seas will do odd things to you apperently

every companion can be romanticized, except for your sibling, and every one of them are BI....except for Sebastian who is only into girls :P

That's not quite accurate. You can flirt with pretty much anyone not your sibling, but you can't actually get a romance going with them all. For instance, you can flirt with both Varric and Aveline, but you can't romance either of them, it just falls flat. Now, you're correct that the other 4 (not Sebastian) can be romanced by either sex. Kind of interesting on that one.

What if you play as female??, i iknow you can still meet her, but no romance

Who do you mean? A female can romance Isabel as well as Merrill (and of course Fenris or Anders or Sebastian).
