Someone had successfully create an additem mod to use through console. Here's the link to the topic

Okay I am able to add some of the other stats, but no additional rune slots past the standard 1 that is available with the dagger normally. Apparently adding multiple instances of the 8000 property doesn't work?

Update: in the property powers listing a value of 1077936128 will offer 3 rune slots if in the same numerical line as the 8000 (add rune) property in the item property listing.

In the ITEM_PROPERTY_POWERS (the long 16 number item) tick the bos saying "Treat as floating point" and you'll see the numbers.

You can change this to any number for the bonus stats, but RUNE limit should be 5 because the interface can only accept 5 runes

Remember that the line number for each one corresponds with each other, so line 0 for ITEM_PROPERTIES_POWER will affect ITEM_PROPERTIES line 0 too.

Messing around with the editor I've been able to get 7 rune slots on weapons and armor. The code is 1088421888.

This was awesome, but there is still a requirement that is "requires dual-wield", which unless you are a Rogue character means the weapon itself is unusable.

this one is the weapons tag, look at your weapon in the info and just remove this one and replace with the one of the weapon.
