cheating on NV is hard for ps3. no console codes. so lets use the pre patch script glitch at helios one.
erase the 4 meg data file and reinstall. dont patch to 1.04.
check the web its everywhere. just make sure you got 30 speech. forget the bachelor perk save the slot. play to primm and get ede you can fix with parts. 2 sensors 3 scrap 1 electronics. steal or find them at goodsprings and primm. at helios north of the dino motel, use ede to kill the robots. if he dies walk out of the place and he wakes up and joins you later. complete the mission by choosing overload at mainfraime. save talk to ignacio and get xp and doctor bag and stimpacks. once you got your 30level dude you can patch to 1.04. easy
