My yearly subscription expired and when I signed into the site it offered me 2 choices, to go to the free account, or to renew for 29.99 or 29.99. When I actually click on the link it offers a yearly for 34.99.

I sent in a email to the site via the webpage, with a link to the page offering it.

Am I able to still get the 29.99 price as it was listed on the link I sent in my email?

Sorry, the yearly price recently went up and some pages were not uploaded completely.
