Wow did not see this coming after yesterday.

I did do some editing with GS File Viewer to get money but it was messy and I lost my save file for that map I was playing.

Thanks guys, this will help the congestion problem.

Tried both got Steam version followed all steps still doesn't work? Windows 7 64bit

DID not work for me??? Tried all the steps. And the version I have is 1.0.9 whats this 5397???
