Would it be possible to make a "weather trainer" to change the weather to rain or cloudy?
The dynamic weather doesn't apply to the offline game and I'm not an online player, so I need rain to complete some photographer missions and Online is also mostly down.

wrong....the dynamic weather is also in offline play.

inside your house you have a tv and on this tv you have weather forcast for ibiza and hawaii for the moment, in two hours and in 4 hours (only when you play).

there you can see the weather .

might work on the tv but it does not work on the game in offline mode. This is a known issue.

They worked.
I played yesterday offline because the servers dont run and i had rain and cloudy sky.

You can read this also in the official TDU2 message board and on many fansites .

Maybe they patch it?? I have rain in offline mode!!

he latest PC patch has been released, which contains the following changes:

* Clubs are online!
* MyTDULife is online!
* Several connection problems have been corrected
* Co-op multiplayer races are online!
* Weather when offline is now operational
* “Lancia with purple wheels” has been fixed, and is corrected for players who are currently affected by the issue
* Clothing options no longer disappear in dressing-rooms

Oh, ok. Still, my game is cracked

Same problem here. First time play, rain and cloudy sky. Later, always sunny.
