i've been waiting for this final DLC for a while now ever since i came across its info on IGN and made a GD thread informing everyone about it. back then no release date was set though. don't care about how long it is as long as it either adds to the story or fills in the gaps or both and is high on quality
Here here!
Oh, and HG, I think they have a small team dedicated to DLC while the main team concentrates on the main game(s). So no loss of quality on either due to the other.

..yea..i know HG and Sky..we're all getting oh! so impatient for ME3 and in the same vein i'll say this..the fruit of patience is oh! so sweet. in the mean-time i'm going to satisfy myself with the DLC
DLC for the PC is out now. On the forums they do say there is lots of action. Can't wait to play. I was only hoping for something a little longer since ME3 is months away, but I'm happy either way
Spoiler:
...yea..something's definitely better than nothing. it'll have to do for now. till we wait for ME3
Aye, just finished the DLC. To be honest I'm kinda disappointed for the very last ME2 DLC before ME3. I was expecting more of a bridge rather than, let's face it, a standard mission which we've all seen before.
Granted, the ending showed us something definite that Shepard will have to face during ME3, but still... it seems more of a side-mission that contributing to the actual story, and I'm left wanting more from it.
Either way, it's still Mass Effect, and anything new for it is great. =D
Now the waiting begins........................................
....
....
...Is it out yet?

I'm more irritated by the supposed ending. Playing a primarily renegade Shepard who regained his Spectre status, I was under the impression that I didn't answer to anybody besides the council, and even then, I could pretty much ignore them so long as I got the job done. So, being told I would have to return to Earth for court martial seems like something out of character for Shepard, particularly one who was nobody's fool or scapegoat.
With that said, it would make the most sense for BioWare to give Shepard to choice to either go on the run, or face the charges; anything else will feel like railroading.
