Feedback, Complaints or Problems

For some reason I cannot fathom, when I tried my dead space 2 trainer today it wouldnt even start. No screen no nothing. I tried a bunch of other trainers and the same thing. I havent installed any new Virus/Firewall in 1½ years and I used the Dead space 2 trainer just 4 days ago. I've tried every trick in the book to exempt the trainer from my Comodo AV/firewall but still nothing.

I figured I would use the "Trainer Manager" to perhaps relieve the problem but for some reason its impossible to enter a registration code, eventhough I'm a paying member and have access to such code.

What the heck is going on?

I also tried downloading the affected trainers again but still nothing happens. Some Cheathappens trainers work fine but others dont even start.

Completely uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software.

Tried that twice did not work.
I uninstalled it, booted up, tried it and nothing.

Why isnt it possible to enter the reg-code in your Trainer Manager? I click "Unregistered", the popup window appear I fill out my Reg-name and password but I cannot enter the reg-code in the "unregistered" window.

You have something blocking the trainers from working and also the Trainer Manager from writing the reg information to the registry.

What would that be?

I've already uninstalled my firewalls/AV, and Windows firewalls have been deactivated for a long time.

I've deleted personal firewall/av settings.

Why do some trainers work and others not?

different trainers use different templates. some are flagged by security software and some are not. You may just have to do a fresh windows install and test them before installing any other software.

Reinstall windows? Bull!

OK then, you'll just have to systematically figure out what is causing the issue. There's nothing more we can do for you.
