Will you start doing trainers for it? I would REALLY like to play Final Fantasy XIII but, like every other RPG, I prefer playing it with everything unlocked and maxed out from the beginning (especially for a cinematic game like this).

FFXIII you could get away with Gil and Experience, but the Levels are locked per stage and the game engine doesn't know specific skills or items until a particular time when they can be found.
So you could have infinite health, Gil and Experience. And perhaps infinite item usage. But thats about it.

The PS3 has indeed been jailbroken, but the latest update had a rootkit embedded in it. That means Sony can, essentially, remotely disable your console if they so choose. Trainers are probably not a good idea.
And I hope, but very much doubt it will happen, that the trainers will disable Online functions. So no easy Platinum trophies or MP matches, although the Jailbreak could start bots running MP games.

I would be satisfied with that, then, as long as I can play without worrying too much about grinding.
