Of your list, Digimon 01 and 02 or .Hack//Sign and .Hack// Legend of the Twilight Bracelet.

However, I don't know your preferences, so I can't recommend more.

Naruto, One piece and Bleach are adventure animes with moderate comedy. I am not sure if Gintama is adventure but it's really funny.

For something with lots of fight scenes and comedy too, I'd recommend Bleach, Soul Eater or Cowboy Bebop. I'm not a fan of Naruto so I wouldn't know if that fits the bill too.
