Every other key works cept numpad 1 and no the key is not broken just not recognized by the trainer I'm very confused now.
It's probably due to one of 2 things (providing you've gone through the usual steps):
1 -> Some program or background task is hooking that key (IE. it's intercepting it's input in some way). Check what's running on your PC and cut down on unecessary services/programs that run when you start your PC, especially if it's something new as that's likely the cause
2 -> Something is physically wrong with that key. Try just typing the number 1 into a text box somewhere and seeing what happens.
I did mention the key is not broken here's some 1s by my numpad some more for your pleasure 111111111 weird thing is that other trainers than CH ones do recognize it...
tried using the customizer I consider myself advanced computer user and that thing makes me chuckle it asks me to press keys and gives a number whats next ? does it bind the file to a specific trainer somehow ? all it seems to do is leave me with an "and then?" feeling
I would try switching keyboards and see if it works - Not because I think yours might be faulty - but to see if yours is configured differently to an ordinary keyboard.
