I'm lookins for a good MMO that doesn't have a huge file size and is F2P ( by huge I mean not something like 7GBs)

its F2P
file is around 1,5 gig out of my head, its real fun , played it for years, has a big grind aspect to it though.
learning curve can be high, but if you got experience with other MMO's you'll be alright.

You can try World of Tanks if you like WW2 tank battles. It's only PvP though and the size is 1.6GB with the current 0.6.2.8 version. It's in open beta at the moment.
