I wasnt saying it would be a waste of time Chris, you were making it sound like everything you were doing including buying the Steam version was a waste of time and money, so i was going by what you were saying. so i suggested just letting people rely on using the Mod instead of you spending/wasting time Having to make another trainer, nothing more.
And apparently buying the Steam version WASNT a waste of money like you originally though.
Followed the directions to the letter. Worked for the whole level the first time. Came back a few hours later, and played again. Now it crashes randomly after the trainer is activated. Not sure what the issue is.
I found that my game crashed too, tho I am not sure it is directly linked to the trainer. It may just be that certain aspects of the game are not supposed to be at those levels... for instance, skill points and ability points being at well over 10000.
I saved my game after having upped my stats and then reloaded without the trainer on. It seems perfectly stable and the ability points and skill points remain through each level.
The only thing that seems to constantly reset (and therefor you need the trainer always active) is Prestige. But you can honestly build all that stuff up fairly easily (and "honestly" without worry when you have 2500+ skill points in each skill and all abilities maxed XD
