Well it is a great game to play, the character aren't boring like in other RPG's, quests aren't boring and not too long, the story is very good, graphic are also not dissapointing, there are DLC's to boost the playing quality etc. As for me i played only the PC version of the game for the other platforms(Xbox 360 and PS3) i can not give you eny advice, expect that the PS3 version will have better graphic and all the DLC's on the disk.So your choice

    P.S
if you think about getting the PC version of the game update it to 1.02 lot's of bugs are fixed in that patch, and also the trainer's work flawlesly with that update

If you don't buy this game, you'll surely regret it. Although I recommend playing Mass Effect 1 if you haven't already, after which you can import the save game from ME 1 to ME 2 for some outstanding bonuses and drastic storyline changes ( though I'll admit I'm not sure how the save game import works on X-box). You might want to listen to Devil's advice about the PC version.

Great game, I loved the story and I can't wait for the next one. Though if you need any advice on Mass Effect feel free ask on the boards by making topics or you can also PM me, seeing as how I am a fan.

The game is totally worth buying, not sure about the DLCs, but if you are a fan you will want to have them. I guess you could classify the game as a 3rd person tactical shooter. You shoot weapons around, command some teammates, use various abilities, upgrade weapons and all sorts of different stuff like that.

"Requires" is not the word I would have used, it gives you the option between a savegame from Mass Effect 1 with all your decisions and whatnot on it or a default one, whose decisions are already "made" for you, no need to even play Mass Effect 1.

    But yes do get it.

And sorry I didn't realise the user above had bumped this.
