Is there a way to fix this as my game is totally screwed if not. Please don't tell me I'll have to start over again.

NVM: Deleted the saved game and started a new game WITHOUT using the trainers Infinite Knifes Option. That is what screwed up the game according to one of the other members.

You know, I had the same problem, but when I got Alteir's armor and had the cheats off, it all of a sudden just gave me the ability to buy the bracers.

Infinite knives screws up feather collections, container full error and also screws up the most important altairs armor

So as long as I don't use Infinite Knives, everything should work okay? Last time I tried it, I had all of these errors. Is it only Infinite Knives? I've also hear the Super Health may affect the armor errors too...

Yes, having the (persistent?) cheats off (I've stuck to using "Add X" options for now) while unlocking Altair's armor does seem to reset the vambraces. Sequence 9.
