Ensure you have the latest updates to your video card driver.
Go to Microsoft's website and download the DirectX End-User Web Installer to ensure you have the latest DirectX updates.

    1. Right click your World of WarCraft shortcut and select properties.

    2. In the Target field, add the following to the end of the line (outside of the quotation): -opengl

    It should looks like this:
Target: "[PATH TO EXE FILE HERE]" -opengl

    3. Click on Apply then OK.

Try to launch the application now. If this corrects the problem, there is definitely a problem with your graphics card drivers and/or DirectX files. Please note that this method is a workaround, not a solution (meaning there is still a problem even if this makes the game playable).

It needs to look like this: Link

If it looks like that, then there are some serious problems with your computer that cannot be fixed by conventional means.
