What is it? If you have iTunes I know you can find out because I use iTunes and I can find out...through iTunes. Not sure if you can organize your music by shortest to longest in any other program though.
So if you can...post it! Songs only! Intros and outros (or whatever they are called) to albums and others songs don't count! Soundtracks by composers such as Danny Elfman and Clint Mansell don't count! (my topic my rules haha)
Mine is bunch of stuff by Clint Mansell actually, shortest is 11 seconds but since I can't count that my REAL shortest song is 31 seconds called "Other Father Song" by They Might Be Giants.
My LOOOOOOOONGEST song is...well actually my three longest are by Clint Mansell AGAIN! The longest being off the Sherlock Holmes sound track called "Psychological Recovery...6 months" at 18 minutes and 19 seconds
But I can't count that either, so "Merciful Fate" by Metallica is technically my 4th longest song at 11 minutes and 12 seconds so I will count that as the "longest".
So once again- Shortest: 0:31, Other Father Song, They Might Be Giants Longest: 11:21, Merciful Fate, Metallica
Shortest: Its hard to tell if it counts as a song but "Kayne West - All of the Lights(1:02)" if that doesn't count the next would be "Queen - Lazing on a Sunday Afternoon(1:07)"
Longest: Currently "Led Zeppelin - Achilles Last Stand(10:23)" although I'm tempted to add "Iron Butterfly - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" which goes for like 17 minutes, so that could be taking over soon.

Ok I lied my longest one is "A Thousand Suns" by Linkin Park. "But zorrodude, that's an album not a song!" It actually is one song, they have the "full version" song which plays the whole album, which by the way is all continuous. It runs 47:57.
Shortest song is at 4 seconds. "Overheard in a Wawa Parking Lot" by Bloodhound Gang. Although there aren't really any instruments in that one.
