its unfair that people with a fully patched game and are not an unlimited member cant get the trainer

Oh right, unfair! Yet it's fair for those who worked hard, spent good money and continuously updated the trainer to suit the needs of the gamers to simply give the trainer for free. Sorry, but I just can't see how that actually works.
