My uncle bought me a Super Nintendo for my birthday when I was in the first grade (I say first grade because I have no idea how old I was back then and don't feel like figuring it out). I wasn't big on it, even back then I felt games should be more than left-right scrollers like Mario and Donkey Kong. I wanted them to at least resemble reality so it sat there neglected only months after getting it.
It wasn't until games like Grand Theft Auto went 3D that I actually felt that games were worth the time and money. The first console I bought was the original Xbox and Grand Theft Auto 3 was my first game.

Well, I expected that, I think "Famicom" is just another version of "NES" in Asia or something.
Actually, the NES is the North America/Europe/Australia version of the Famicom.

And aside from the Xbox the only other one I've ever had was and is a 360.

my PC will always be my primary, but my first console was a PS2, and then 2 years ago i switched to PS3 still got the PS2 still some awesome games on it ^^ (RE4)
